Review: Deep neck so may need to wear a lace bralette underneath. I love the little cap sleeve. Material has a shimmer but is not sequinned or “bedazzled” it’s a similar material used in many shein shorts shirts and other dresses I’ve seen. Sz 16 normally ordered 2XL fits well.
